Does my insurance cover roof replacement?
In most cases, storm-related hail or wind damage is covered by a homeowner's policy. We document the damage with full photo evidence, attend the adjuster meeting, and present the scope so nothing is missed. We do not file claims for homeowners — that step has to come from you — but we make the rest of the process as straightforward as possible at no cost.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs in DFW are completed in a single day. Larger homes, complex rooflines, or multi-pitch installations may take two days. We tarp and clean up at the end of every workday — your driveway and yard look the same when we leave as when we arrived.
What shingles do you recommend for Texas?
For Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin weather, we recommend Class 4 impact-resistant shingles. Most major Texas carriers offer a premium discount in the 15–30% range for Class 4 systems, though savings vary by carrier and policy. We're an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and a TAMKO Edge network member, so we install the warranties that come with the shingles, not generic install practices.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We've worked with every major Texas carrier — State Farm, Allstate, Travelers, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Nationwide, Progressive, and most regional carriers. We document storm damage, attend the adjuster's inspection, and present supplements when items are missed from the original scope. If your claim is denied or comes in low, we explain your options including reinspection and appeal.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with several lenders for homeowners who need to spread the cost of a replacement over time, including options for jobs that aren't covered by insurance (older roofs, non-storm damage, full upgrades). Approval is typically same-day and rates depend on credit and term length.
